Non-dual recognition, frequently known as non-duality, can be a profound spiritual principle that transcends the conventional dualistic view of fact. Within a dualistic worldview, we perceive the world by opposites: self together with other, very good and poor, light-weight and dark. Non-duality, however, reveals that these evident separations are
